Supplier Responsibility

One of our guiding principles is Integrity. It’s the heart of who we are as a company.

Within our company, we strive to protect our own greatest assets: our employees, our facilities, and the communities in which we live. To be a supplier to Sherwin Williams, we trust that you also hold these values through your actions in ethical and sustainable sourcing.

Our Conflict Minerals Policy and our Annual Report to the SEC are below. It is imperative that suppliers understand our commitment to humanitarian issues across the globe.

Throughout the world societies are becoming more aware of the prevalence of slavery and human trafficking, especially in certain industries. We are committed to providing our employees safe and healthy work environments. We expect that our suppliers will do the same for their employees and to hold their suppliers to ethical standards.

All our suppliers are expected to adhere to the following policies. Failure to adhere to these policies could result in termination of business relationship.
